Monday the 14th: Head to the JCC to learn about film with The Making and Unmaking of Genre Film: Romance from 7-9pm.

Tuesday the 15th: Lykke Li hits the stage at the Sound Academy.

Wednesday the 16th: Toronto Underground Cinema Night has their Calendar Launch Party at The Bovine.

Thursday the 17th: Learn about dark beer and cheese at Leslieville Cheese Market on Queen Street West with Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark then head to Phoenix for Rural Alberta Advantage.

Friday the 18th: Elliott Brood and M83 are at Lee’s Palace!

Saturday the 19th: I had the fortune to see the super talented Lang Lang tickle the ivories last week during the Giller Prize. He was fiercely smooth and seriously kicked ass. If you can definitely head to Roy Thomson Hall to catch his performance. You will be amazed!

Sunday the 20th: The Bolshoi Ballet’s Sleeping Beauty is being broadcast into select Cineplex theatres. Find one near you.
